Council chairs represent participating clans. Proposals and votes take place in Discord, and eligible final decisions are published here.
From proposal to public record
Eligible representatives vote in Discord as soon as a proposal opens. The website keeps the final public record after the vote ends.
Proposal appears
The complete proposal, requested action, rationale, and version are visible before a representative votes.
Chairs vote in Discord
Buttons collect yes, no, abstain, or recuse. A reason is requested only when the proposal requires one.
The public sees the result
Final non-confidential outcomes publish the exact proposal version, tally, permitted representative votes, and integrity proof.
Volunteer for a chair
Anyone with a Renasca account can submit a private application. Applications stay active for six months and appointments still require a Council vote.
Council chairs
The council has a limited number of working seats. A participating clan does not need a permanent chair to be part of Renasca.

Recent council records
Council Candidate Registry and Appointment Process
Create a private application system on the Renasca website where members can express interest in serving on the Council. Applications would be kept in a candidate registry that the Council can review whenever a seat becomes available or additional members are needed.

Founder and Lead Developer Policy
Defines the Founder's permanent status within Renasca, the Lead Developer position, the Founder's place on the Council, and which powers attached to those positions may or may not be removed.
Clan Registry, Galaxy Placement, and Administrative Authority
As Renasca grows, the process for accepting clans, placing them into galaxies, managing Registry Staff, and dividing authority between the Registry and Council needs to be clearly established. The goal of this proposal is to allow routine registry work to happen without requiring a Council vote for every decision, while still keeping major policy and structural authority with the Council.
Clan Registration Eligibility Standard
Establish a minimum eligibility standard for clans seeking registration within Renasca. Registration is intended for real, organized communities rather than individual players, placeholder groups, personal projects, or groups created primarily to obtain a planet.
