Council Candidate Registry and Appointment Process
Create a private application system on the Renasca website where members can express interest in serving on the Council. Applications would be kept in a candidate registry that the Council can review whenever a seat becomes available or additional members are needed.

Founder and Lead Developer Policy
Defines the Founder's permanent status within Renasca, the Lead Developer position, the Founder's place on the Council, and which powers attached to those positions may or may not be removed.
Clan Registry, Galaxy Placement, and Administrative Authority
As Renasca grows, the process for accepting clans, placing them into galaxies, managing Registry Staff, and dividing authority between the Registry and Council needs to be clearly established. The goal of this proposal is to allow routine registry work to happen without requiring a Council vote for every decision, while still keeping major policy and structural authority with the Council.

Council proposals and voting
Proposal submission, representative voting, final results, and public council records are available through Discord and the website.

The website provides clan information, council records, community standards, sanctions, service status, and member sign-in.
Private reports
Members can submit encrypted reports and evidence, follow case status, and receive decisions through an auditable restricted workflow.
Clan profile updates
Approved clan managers can submit changes to their public profiles for staff review.
Member directory
Browse approved clans, recruiting information, registry-verified Roblox locations, membership status, and stable network placement.
Clan tags
Clans will use searchable, reviewable tags such as Classic Sword, Gun, Hybrid, and other categories to describe what they play without forcing each clan into only one type.
