Like many big clan community discords(clanware, keystone, scc), the members have the ability to send an invite from any channel. Right now, Renasca seems too isolated with having to directly find the invite from the announcements channel

Edit the server to allow invites to any of the non-council channels
Rationale
To make Renasca seem less of a secret organization and more of a public community
