Safety and reports

A clear process for concerns

Reports are submitted privately and reviewed by authorized people. Public records are created only when a final outcome is eligible for publication.

Private submission

Reports, reporter identity, evidence, and current investigations are limited to authorized reviewers.

Staff review

Reviewers consider the available evidence, surrounding context, and disputed claims before reaching a finding.

Final outcomes

Only final sanctions approved for public release enter the archive, including appeal status when applicable.

Scope

What Renasca handles

Renasca programs and spaces

Renasca handles participation in its Discord, events, directory, services, and other official programs. It does not claim authority over unrelated communities.

01

Reports stay private

Submitting a report does not publish a name or create a sanctions entry.

02

People review the facts

Technical signals can support a review, but they do not issue punishments on their own.

03

Sensitive evidence stays restricted

Public records explain the reason and outcome without publishing private reports or personal information.

04

Appeal status is recorded

When a published sanction is appealed, its current public status is updated.
