What members can expect

These standards cover Renasca events, services, public records, and member participation. Each clan continues to manage its own community.

Official events publish their format, eligibility requirements, and results so participants know what to expect.

Membership does not give Renasca control over a clan's leadership, games, branding, or ordinary decisions.

Renasca publishes useful public information while keeping reports, private evidence, and personal information restricted.

Membership expectations

Member clans keep control of their groups, games, staff, creative work, and player communities.

Applications are reviewed by people. Access to a tool or server does not create automatic membership or a council seat.

Published clan profiles identify who operates each listed game or location and show its current Renasca status.

Applications, profile changes, reports, sanctions, and major public records receive appropriate human review.

Public decisions should be understandable without exposing private evidence, protected identities, or confidential discussion.
